Durga Krishna: For an actor, a lip lock is no different from a comedy or fight scene

Durga Krishna recently posted a ‘gratitude’ message on social media. It’s understandable why. The young actor is paired with Mohanlal for Priyadarshan directorial Olavum Theeravum in an anthology film of the same title.

The film is based on MT Vasudevan Nair’s story and script, and Santosh Sivan is cranking the camera.
This role of Nabeesa comes close on the heels of Durga’s well-appreciated negative role in debut director Ratheesh Raghunandan’s thriller Udal, in which she plays a woman who is frustrated about having to take care of her ailing mother-in-law.

In an interview with us, Durga talks about keeping her awe for Mohanlal in check when she’s in front of the camera, being happy about the negative role and facing trolls over intimate scenes.
